All of our positions pay competitive wages. Starting wages range from $12 to $18 per hour, depending on the position and the experience required. We have many seasonal positions that can give employees the flexibility to take time off during the winter months. All full-time employees are eligible for the following benefits: 

  • Health Insurance (Health Partners) and 125 plan for medical savings.  Dental Insurance  401 (k) Pension Plan- after one year employment  Uniforms  Profit Sharing  Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance  Vacation pay- after one year. 
  • 6 1/2 paid holidays per year if you work the week of the holiday.
Drivers applying to work for Marshall will need: 
  • Clean Driving Record  Class A or B CDL  Pass a D.O.T. physical and obtain a health card  Pass a pre-employment drug screen and be in a random drug program  Pass a qualifying road test in a truck 
  • Knowledge of delivery area and off road experience are helpful
